PGU is a new, three-week, paid internship program just launched by Wilmington-based developer The Buccini/Pollin Group. The program is designed to introduce high school students to all aspects of real estate development โ from acquisitions and finance to lease, marketing and operations. The program will begin June 21 and run through July 31. With assistance from Goodwill of Delaware, Delaware Pathways, and Reach Riverside, BPG U will source talent from a diverse pool of high school applicants, especially those who would benefit from a college preparatory experience.
