Now that our quarantine is official, your favorite gym or yoga studio has closed its doors and you might be left wondering where to go from here. The Y is offering FREE online classes to promote family wellness from their top instructors. Yoga, barre, active adult, family workouts and more… Just register for access, or check out what’s available on their YouTube page.
Barre, conditioning and a stretching workshop on achieving splits are all offered FREE thanks to Wilmington Ballet.
The JCC has posted a couple of workouts including pilates, HIIT, low impact cardio and more over the last couple of days and we’re keeping our fingers crossed for more.
