Description
This is an opportunity for people of color to participate in an event centered around their mental and emotional wellness. Featured artist, KYMA, will be sharing a combination of sound healing instruments and vocal meditations/mantras. The audience is welcomed to walk the labyrinth while listening to the soothing sounds or bring a chair or mat for sitting. The event is for beginner or intermediate meditators and will end with the opportunity for guests to receive information on mental health supports in the area. Held on-site in Labyrinth.
