Description

Your garden is a critical piece of a larger ecosystem that supports wildlife, provides important food webs, and contributes to clean water and healthy soil. Through lectures, on-site walks, and outdoor activities, learn how to link your yard with surrounding plant and animal communities using basic ecological principles. Leave with a suite of ecofriendly tools to be a more sustainable gardener and work in harmony with nature to improve vitally important habitats. Please bring your lunch.

This program takes place in-person Friday, May 14 (Rain Date: Thursday, May 21).
