Description
Explore the foundations of how and why nature is an effective therapeutic medium in today’s world of increasing challenges and stress. Learn about the healing aspects of plants, gardens, and the natural world, and immerse yourself in a restorative experience on a guided walk through Mt. Cuba’s woodland landscapes. Then, bring nature into your home or workspace by creating a tabletop planting that illustrates the benefits of sensory experiences and biophilic elements in the indoor environment.
