Singers ages 8-18 who are interested in auditioning for Wilmington Children’s Chorus’ Performing Choirs are invited to audition for their spring season! To schedule, please email [email protected] (preferred) or call (302) 762-3637.
A multi-cultural children’s choir, WCC gives youth the opportunity and tools to excel while enriching the community with the unique sound and spirit of children’s voices. WCC involves over 300 singers, ages 5-18, in five different performing ensembles and three Neighborhood Choirs in collaboration with OperaDelaware. They regularly collaborate with the region’s top arts organizations and engage in international exchanges with young musicians from Wilmington’s Sister Cities. Since 2002, WCC has provided this high-quality educational program for youth without the burden of tuition or membership fees.
