The state’s largest and oldest HIV/AIDS fundraising and awareness event will take place on Sat., Sept 18 in two locations: Brandywine Park in Wilmington and Grove Park in Rehoboth Beach. Both walks kickoff at 10am. Historically, the event has attracted more than 800 participants and volunteers. This year’s fundraising goal is $90,000, with money raised supporting free HIV testing, education and prevention programs, case management services, HIV-specific mental health counseling, and housing services.
