Art Loop Wilmington, traditionally held the first Friday of each month, is suspended until the State of Delaware lifts restrictions for indoor event gatherings.
The Wilmington Art Loop is a vibrant arts and culture mainstay. Since its inception in 1988, the Art Loop has been essential to downtown expansion and Wilmington’s creative community.
During the first Friday of each month (except January, when it is 2nd Friday), the free, self-guided public event brings together art lovers and the community to the ever-evolving downtown and greater Wilmington areas. Art galleries, studios, museums, and alternative art spaces offer an opportunity to meet featured artists while enjoying refreshments and periodic entertainment.
Hop on the Art Loop either on your own or on our free shuttle and experience 20 venues in various neighborhoods- Downtown, LOMA, Trolley Square, Bellefonte, Arden, Greenville & Centreville and more.
This is a free event and serves as the “opening night” for each artist exhibiting. Most venues have refreshments, some have live entertainment and all are free to enter and enjoy.
Visit our website at ArtLoopWilmington.org for a complete list of venues and exhibits.
While you’re downtown be sure to support your local economy and enjoy the many bars and restaurants available for some delicious eats and refreshing drinks.
