Description
Come ride your bike on the Grand Prix race course downtown AND honor the first African American World Champion of any sport. Major Taylor won hundreds of bike races in the US, Europe and Australia facing discrimination and prejudice. He’ll be honored with this free community ride – all you need is a bike and a helmet. Advanced registration is required; the ride starts at 11am at The Grand on Market Street between 8th and 9th.
Participation is FREE. All riders must sign a waiver before participation.
