Originally constructed in 1905 as the headquarters of the Pennsylvania Railroad Company Delaware Division, CSC acquired the building as an investment in their home state of Delaware and the City of Wilmington. The six story building was designed by renowned architect Frank Furness and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The adjoining Joseph R. Biden, Jr. Railroad Station, 1908, was also designed by Furness and is ranked the 11th busiest Amtrak station in the U.S.
